Please read the following to help with your online ticket order

1. Select the date and time of the performance for which you require tickets.

2. Using the arrow select the type of ticket required (Adult Child/Concession or Family). Click 'Add to Cart'.

3. After each selection is made you will be taken to the 'Shopping Cart'. If the amount of tickets required needs to be altered, this can be done by altering the amount within the shopping cart and clicking 'Update Cart'.

4. If further tickets are required for different performances click 'Continue Shopping' to return to this page.

5. Repeat this for all required tickets.

6. Please check dates and times for the tickets you have ordered.

7. When all your selections are made click 'Proceed to checkout' in the shopping cart and fill in the required information.

8. Please ensure that the Email and Phone information is completed in case we need to get in touch (This information will only be used to contact you concerning this ticket order and will NOT be passed onto anyone else.

9. If you do not have a Paypal account you can use all the usual Credit or Debit Cards.

10. All tickets ordered online should be collected from the box office at the time of the performance.

11. Please bring your Paypal Unique Transaction ID (eg: 2EG93290TQ966055V) with you.

12. Tickets for this production do not have specific seat numbers allocated to them.

Tickets ordered by Email can be collected and paid for on the door at the time of the performance.

Cheques can be sent with your order or you can pay for them at the door on the date of the performance. If sending a cheque  please make it payable to "Phoenix Players" and include the address that the tickets should be sent to.
